Stock and billing
- Clinic stock with batch, expiry and reorder levels.
- Counter billing with discounts, a tax rate and payment mode, and printable receipts.

Frequently asked questions
Is Doctserve free?
Yes. Creating an account and using the features on this page is free today. If we ever introduce fees, we will tell you in advance, as our Terms of Service explain.
Do the doctors need their own accounts?
Yes. Each doctor has their own free Doctserve account, which you link to your chambers by inviting them. They keep their own profile and prescriptions.
Can visiting consultants use it?
Yes. Each doctor’s sessions have their own days and timings, so a consultant who visits twice a week is set up like a full-time doctor.
Can patients pay online?
Not through Doctserve. Patients pay at the clinic, and you can record the payment on the bill.
Do patients need to install an app?
No. Patients can book and follow the queue on the Doctserve website in any browser.
