What you can do

Chambers and appointments

  • Add each chamber with its address and map pin, then sessions with days, timings, slot length and fee.
  • Patients book a slot online and get a serial number; you confirm or decline.
  • Turn online booking off for a session, pause it or reschedule it, and booked patients are told.
  • Walk-in patients get the next token number from your day calendar.

Live token queue

  • Start the clinic and booked patients are told you have arrived.
  • Call the next patient with one tap, and they are told it is their turn.
  • Patients see who is being seen and an estimated wait, so fewer people crowd the waiting room.

Digital prescriptions

  • Write prescriptions on your own letterhead, then print them or download a PDF.
  • Share a prescription on WhatsApp, or send it straight to the patient’s pharmacy.
  • Tests you advise go to the lab linked to your chamber.
  • The Clinical Scribe turns your dictation into a draft; nothing is saved until you approve it.

Patient history, with consent

  • When a patient books you, they share their records with you for their care.
  • See earlier prescriptions, uploaded reports, vitals and lab trends in one place.
  • Patients can withdraw that access whenever they choose.

Your practice, connected

  • Link a pharmacy and a lab to each chamber with their Doctserve ID.
  • Keep a medicine list and clinic stock, and bill counter sales.
  • Publish short articles to the public Health library under your name.
  • Once you are verified, your profile appears in the public doctor directory.

Add each chamber, its sessions and fees, and link the pharmacy and lab you work with.

  4. 4

    Start seeing patients

Patients find you in the directory and book a slot. On the day, run the queue and write prescriptions.

Frequently asked questions

Is Doctserve free?

Yes. Creating an account and using the features on this page is free today. If we ever introduce fees, we will tell you in advance, as our Terms of Service explain.

Read the Terms of Service

Do patients pay through Doctserve?

No. Doctserve does not process payments. Patients pay your consultation fee at the chamber, as they do today.

How do patients find me?

Once you are verified, you are listed in the public doctor directory and on the page for your specialty, and patients can book from your profile. You can share your profile link too.

Can a clinic or pharmacy run my chamber?

Yes. A clinic, pharmacy or lab can own a chamber, invite you with your Doctserve ID, and run the front desk and queue while you consult.

Can I consult patients online?

Yes. Online consultations happen over a WhatsApp call, and the prescription is written and shared exactly as it is in the chamber.

Is patient data secure?

Records are encrypted in transit and at rest, access is enforced by server-side rules, and you see a patient’s history only when they have booked you or shared it with you.

Who it’s for

  • Doctors in private practice, with one chamber or several
  • Doctors who sit at clinics, pharmacies or nursing homes on fixed days
  • Specialists who want booked patients to arrive close to their turn
