Is Doctserve free?
Yes. Creating an account and using the features on this page is free today. If we ever introduce fees, we will tell you in advance, as our Terms of Service explain.
Can patients book tests with my lab online?
Yes. Patients pick your lab, choose tests from your price list and a preferred date, and the order reaches you as a new order.
How do doctors send me test orders?
A doctor can link your lab to their chamber with your Doctserve ID. Tests they advise on a prescription then arrive as orders.
How are reports delivered?
You upload the report to the order. It appears in the patient’s health record, and their doctor can see it when the patient has shared their records.
Is the automatic reading of reports accurate?
It saves typing, but it can make mistakes, so patients and doctors are asked to check values against the original report, which always stays attached.
